Feeling so toxic at work? or even way to home? Well, stress is everywhere now since it was created to challenge people's patience on everything. Woke up worrying for today's issue which must be faced? Woke up totally messed since last night? Riding the train with an empty stomach and may fall down due to incomplete sleep? Working with your not so nice colleague that affects your design proposals? Leaving your office with miscommunication with your boss? Going home without any idea what will be on dinner? Eating easy processed food just to fill in empty stomach? Your internet connection hangs and keeps on loading? Thinking what will happen tomorrow because you wasn't able to fix your issues today? Come on, today cannot be the same as tomorrow, live properly and with relaxed mind.
When your day starts, wake up maybe 5 to 7 am and pray for today, this is a great time to talk with God to praise Him and for proper guidance. Then, do some short work outs like sit ups or few minutes jog outside your home. Third, simply eat breakfast, you must be well prepared and loaded with enough foods to face your today. Fourth, take some shower, be refreshed and leave your home with a good smile,-" I will be home and in home I will be relaxed after my today's reality".
If you're going to school or to your offices, work as you can and never put everything on rush, remember, everything can wait and everything have its own perfect time. Do your job or school works with concentrations, avoid thinking of your personal issues, worryless because everything will be just fine. Follow what your boss says but suggest him other better proposals if you have any. Don't compete with your classmates or colleagues, it is so unhealthy. Just work as an employee built with couple of ideas, do not try to work so perfectly just to impress your boss or your colleagues, just work because you love your chosen profession.Â
Say good byes and have a nice night to your officemates and boss, they will feel well appreciated. Don't stress yourself going home because you have to ride 40mins. travel train with hundreds of co-passengers per ride, you cannot do anything with that certain rush hour situation, let it go ride train once you can. Pass by any supermarkets near your home, and look for items which are on good offers and think of the dinner or dish that you want to have on dinner but make it a healthy one. List down any reminders that you have to do for the next days and work on it smoothly, just take an hour to do that because you have to be relaxed by watching your 2 hour favorite movie or television series. Take enough time to praise God for today and pray for tomorrow to be the same. Sleep on 10 or 11:00 P.M., sleeping late may cause you pimples and empty mind tomorrow.
During off days, try to decorate your room properly. Search on the internet some free designs which may affect your mood everyday, Arrange your furnitures accordingly to their use, Use proper colour combinations and I suggest you to use light colored furnitures and darker sheets, royal curtains which can be easily to open for the sun light, giving your room natural light can give you positive thoughts. Use few lighting that can make your good sleep at night.
Through simple things you are able to create your own relaxation, so why do you have to stress yourself? Live peacefully. Love yourself through these things.
